Controls outcomes associated with productivity and performance of personnel.
Interrogates and investigates applications from the public.
Implements and administers the sale of the municipal owned immovable property.
Administers, controls and checks the post sales process.
Investigates and concludes ancillary transactions to give effect to council programmes.
Controls and implements spending with budgetary constraints and prepares monthly and quarterly reports on the financial implications of the section.
Administers and controls the document flow of the section.
Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in the Real Estate or Property Management or Built Environment (e.g. Town Planning or Housing) or Administration field or any other related and equivalent qualification.
Valid motor vehicle driving license
5 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in the Real Estate or Property Management or Built Environment (e.g. Town Planning or Housing) or Administration field or any other related and equivalent qualification.
6 Years relevant experience.
