WERE HIRING: FEED MILL TEAM LEADER

Location: Bloemfontein
Salary: Market Related (TBD)

Our client is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Feed Mill Team Leader to support production operations and ensure high-quality feed manufacturing. If youre resilient, organised, and ready to lead by example, this role is suitable for you.

What You Need:
National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
Resilience, persistence, and reliability
MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients and final product
Manufacture feed according to formulas and quality standards
Ensure staff follow procedures and maintain production discipline
Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions quickly
Minimise downtime through proactive problem-solving
Maintain accurate records and support smooth daily operations

About the Role:
This position requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, lead a small team, and ensure consistent, high-quality feed production. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient and reliable operations.
