About the Role
This role sits within a collaborative Quantity Surveying team in a multidisciplinary consulting firm. Youll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage estimates through to final accounts, working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other quantity surveyors.

What Youll Do
- Review and evaluate design documentation
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates
- Develop bills of quantities and contract documentation
- Conduct financial evaluation of tenders
- Manage cashflow forecasts, cost reports, variations, valuations, and contractual claims
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts
- Attend project and client meetings
- Prepare viability studies, damage costings, and risk valuations
- Review repair estimates and cost analyses
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across projects
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional registration (required)
- 610 years relevant working experience
- Valid drivers license
- Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel, MS Word
- Experience with industry software such as WinQS, DimX
