As our go-to Auto Parts Salesperson, you’ll keep the sales engine revving, handling calls, assisting walk-ins, and delivering standout customer service while staying on top of stock, tills, and trends.

âï¸ What You’ll Be Doing

ð¹ Identify customer needs and recommend the right parts
ð¹ Provide accurate product info (specs, features & benefits)
ð¹ Process orders and ensure correct selection + timely fulfilment
ð¹ Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
ð¹ Handle queries and deliver strong after-sales support
ð¹ Build lasting customer relationships
ð¹ Process payments in line with company policies
ð¹ Stay sharp on industry trends, products & tech

âï¸What You Bring

âï¸ Matric / Grade 12
âï¸ Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (auto parts industry essential)
âï¸ Strong communication & negotiation skills
âï¸ Customer service mindset (this is key)
âï¸ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
âï¸ Organised, detail-focused & solution-driven
âï¸ Ability to perform under pressure
