This opportunity forms part of Carrick - Athena, our women-led initiative focused on developing and empowering the next generation of talent within financial services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and engage with prospective clients
• Identify opportunities and assess client suitability for our services
• Book qualified appointments for our Private Wealth Managers
• Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
• Support with diary management and general office coordination
• Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development initiatives

• Well-spoken, articulate, and professional
• Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Experience & Qualifications

• 23 years work experience (sales or client-facing roles preferred)
• Previous experience in financial services (advantageous)
• Minimum requirement - Matric
