Junior Merchandiser

Key responsibilities:

• Visit stores and execute merchandising standards
• Ensure products follow planograms
• Check and report stock availability/out-of-stock issues
• Maintain displays, pricing labels, and promotional material
• Set up and manage POS branding
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and positioning
• Capture and submit store reports with photos
• Liaise with staff to resolve merchandising issues

Non-negotiable requirements:

• 2 3 years previous experience in retail, merchandising, or in-store field execution
• Understanding of how retail stores operate and product placement importance
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Ability to work independently across multiple store visits
• Good communication skills when dealing with store personnel
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined approach to field work
• Valid Drivers with own vehicle
