What you will enjoy doing

• As the Head of Finance Systems & projects, you will have end to end accountability for Afrox's finance systems landscape and major finance related projects
• Part of your responsibilities will be ensuring that finance systems are future fit and aligned to strategic objectives
• You will own and lead the finance systems roadmap, including ERP and associated finance platforms
• Act as the finance lead for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
• Lead major finance transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, automation, and digitisation
• Align local finance systems to group policies and global standards
• Ensure strong system controls, data integrity, and audit compliance is accomplished

What makes you great

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• CA(SA) or equivalent professional finance qualification (highly advantageous)
• Strong experience in finance systems leadership is required
• Proven delivery of large‑scale finance systems implementations and transformation projects (ERP experience essential)
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes
• Deep expertise in finance systems, controls, and data governance
