Solar PV Construction ManagerReference: CTE025196-EMM-1Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in solar project construction management? Do you possess the leadership skills to drive teams towards successful project completion? If yes, we are looking for you to join a thriving team as a Solar PV Construction Manager in Cape Town.Duties & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:The Construction Manager will be responsible for driving all construction work within construction teams and commissioning phases of a project. He will also be responsible for developing and maintaining quality control procedures on all projects ensuring the product meets company standards.Responsibilities:Drive all construction activities throughout project lifecycles, ensuring efficiency and quality.Lead construction teams to execute installation of Commercial & Industrial Solar Projects.Provide expertise in assisting and advising on the design of solar PV energy systems.Manage project contracts and subcontractors to ensure project success.Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns.Ensure compliance with project health and safety site requirements.Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to meet project deadlines under pressure.Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project progress.Experience:3-5 years of experience in Solar Projects within a Project Construction Management capacity.Proven track record in construction/installation of Commercial & Industrial Solar Projects.Experience in advising on the design of solar PV energy systems.Strong project contracts management and subcontractor management skills.Client liaison and relationship management experience.Understanding and adherence to project health and safety site requirements.Self-starter with strong leadership skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to thrive under pressure and drive teams to meet deadlines.Qualification:N.Dip Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering.Eligible to register with the Engineering Council of South Africa.Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.Contact EMMA TILLING on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTE025196.Connect with us on www.communicate.co.za and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Engineering recruitment vacancies.Package & RemunerationR 500 000 - R 600 000 - Annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
