Sales Executive

We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning, and we’re looking for a driven, confident Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in growing our bookings and client base.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our sales process — taking warm leads, understanding what customers need, recommending the right service and turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, with uncapped commission rewarding strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings

• Build strong relationships and rapport with potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right cleaning services

• Follow up with leads and maximise conversion opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep sales activity up to date

• Work towards and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Identify opportunities to increase bookings and grow customer value

• Deliver a professional, responsive and customer-focused experience from first contact to booking

What We Offer

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

• OTE of R25,000+ per month for strong performers

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone confident, motivated and commercially minded. You don’t need to be a seasoned sales professional — what matters most is your ability to communicate confidently, build rapport and close the deal.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

2. Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

3. Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.

4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

5. Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.

6. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.

7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

8. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.

9. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.

10. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
