Position: Senior Process Engineer
Experience: Minimum 7-10 Years
Specialization: Product Migrations Projects
Preferred Knowledge: BPMN Process Knowledge and Experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess, analyze, and optimize enterprise business processes.
2. Document processes and ensure seamless implementation.
3. Interact with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating design workshops and conducting end-user training.
4. Lead presentations to senior management and executives.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proficient in Enterprise Business Process Management.
2. Experienced in facilitating workshops with business users, up to executive level.
3. Skilled in scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution.
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
5. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Process Engineering.
6. Knowledge of BPMN and experience with process mapping tools like Aris.
7. Exposure to business process transformation and integrating technologies.

Preferred Experience:

1. Transactional banking products.
