A multi-national company expanding its footprint within South Africa is looking for a specialist Creditors Manager, who comes from a high volume, Group Background and experience in the international scene to head up their AP Department. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Leadership of the full Accounts Payable function
2. Lead and manage a team of Accounts Payable specialists, including training and performance management
3. Ensure compliance with policies, control and relevant guidelines
4. Ensure payment procedures and payments processes are adhered to
5. Ensure the AP teams adherence to SLAs including reporting and improvement if adherence is not met
6. Prepare and present KPIs
7. Involvement in projects such as system enhancements, finance projects and ops
8. Continuous monitoring and improvement of performance, compliance, systems and processes
9. Assist with both internal and external audits

Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 10 or more years of Creditors experience
2. Management of large teams comprising of 15 or more AP specialists
3. Complex Group exposure
4. Experience setting up Systems and processes/ Changing over of accounting systems
5. Strategic input within the Accounts Payable department

Qualification:

1. A BCom or equivalent Finance qualification
2. Completed Matric

Package & Remuneration

R 800 000 - R 1 000 000 - Annually
