In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of data quality, wielding your analytical prowess to conduct thorough data assessments and cleansing. Your contributions will be instrumental in steering informed decision-making and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

1. Design a robust suite of monthly data integrity tests to keep HR data spotless and trustworthy.
2. Lead the charge in identifying and correcting any data discrepancies within critical HR systems.
3. Champion the documentation process, ensuring all data integrity protocols are clear and current.
4. Forge strong alliances with key partners across the business to fortify data standards and resolve issues.
5. Deliver prompt and actionable feedback to stakeholders, driving continuous data quality improvements.
6. Stay at the forefront of data management trends to keep our client's data practices sharp and innovative.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2. A track record of excellence in data management, with a particular focus on data cleansing and analysis in an HR context.
3. Exceptional analytical abilities and unwavering attention to detail.
4. Stellar communication skills, enabling seamless interactions with diverse teams.
5. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as SuccessFactors and Payspace, alongside other data management tools.
