We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Short-Term Capital and Reserving Actuarial Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our actuarial team in the development and implementation of short-term capital and reserving strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of short-term capital and reserving strategies to support business goals
2. Analyze and interpret actuarial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of capital and reserving strategies with overall business objectives
4. Manage and mentor a team of actuaries to ensure high performance and professional development

Requirements:

1. Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification, or Nearly Qualified as a Fellow
2. 5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on short-term capital and reserving
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
5. Experience in managing a team of actuaries
