• 3-Year Tertiary Qualification: A solid educational background is essential, providing you with the foundational knowledge needed to excel in this role.
• 5 Years Working Experience as a Merchandiser: Your extensive experience in merchandising will be invaluable as you step into this senior role.
• Experience in Planning "Fashion Line": Demonstrated experience in planning and executing fashion lines is crucial for success in this position.
• Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities will allow you to dissect data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Detailed and Strategic Approach: Attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset will enable you to develop effective planning strategies.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in various computer applications, including spreadsheets and planning software, is a must-have skill for this role.
• Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles and market dynamics will guide your planning decisions.
