We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our globally expanding sales team as an Inside Sales Executive. Please note that while the role is based in South Africa, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts across the US and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers as per given KPIs; making outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn to potential customers, and channeling leads to Business Development Managers (BDM) and Channel Managers.
• Develop sales opportunities in US and Canada regions, by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining, reports, database of current and potential customers whilst updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up required.
• Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized, and professional.
• Support the regional team by attending customer demo's, trade shows, partner events (if required).
