Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out
• Oversee strategic planning, risk management, and change initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to timelines and budgets

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree or PMP certification (preferred)
• 5–10 years of project management experience in the Consulting Engineering or Construction sectors
• Proven experience managing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with performance evaluation and change management processes
