Junior Financial Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Financial Advisor to join our team and help clients achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will provide sound financial guidance and offer tailored solutions to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate has a client-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, insurance solutions, and retirement planning.
• Provide expert advice on tax efficiency, estate planning, and wealth management.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients portfolios and make recommendations based on changes in financial goals or market conditions.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and new products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven commission structure with a track record of exceeding targets over a 12-month period (must be showcased in application).
• Education: Bachelors degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RE5, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
