We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leadership teams in delivering end-to-end support that drives business performance, talent optimisation, and a positive employee experience for our financial services client in Cape Town.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders across the full employee lifecycle — from talent and performance management to employee relations and organisational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing practical and legally compliant HR solutions aligned to business strategy and South African labour legislation.
