Job description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a ?????? ???? ?????????? ???????? for Building Services at their Cape Town office.

Responsibilities

  • Electrical Building Services Design Engineer managing own projects and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
  • Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects – MV and LV expertise.
  • Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
  • Prepare contract documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.

Requirements

  • BEng/BSc Eng, BTech in Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering
  • Must be professionally registered. (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng)
  • 10 years’ post grad experience
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Previous Consulting Engineering experience
