Our client within the FMCG and Manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee policies and procedures within a Factory/Manufacturing environment
• Manage personnel and maintain effective Labour Relations
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control and Safety procedures
• Implement Process and Materials Management strategies

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing or Related
• Strong Engineering background: Process/Chemical or Operations
• Strong Financial and Business management skills
• Minimum 7+ years Experience within FMCG and Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent communication skills

Package & Remuneration

R 70,000 - R 90,000 - Annually
