About the Role
Our client in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Oversee brand positioning and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Manage the company’s online presence, website content, and marketing materials.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the financial services sector.
Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI).
Organize and promote events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, or banking.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics tools.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of financial products or services marketing.
Experience managing marketing teams or external agencies.
