As a key player in our recruitment division, you will play a crucial role in helping job seekers find their dream roles while providing our clients in niche industries with the perfect talent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and market quality candidates from various job portals.
• Match candidates with suitable job vacancies based on client requirements.
• Interpret and work with job specifications received from clients.
• Proactively engage in business development to acquire new clients with recruitment needs.
• Handle client communications, including interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
• Market job adverts effectively on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Utilize and update various platforms and software to streamline processes and track tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field (3+ years).
• Passion for working with people and helping them achieve their career goals.
• Positive, energetic, and success-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with niche industries is a plus.
• Strong team player.
• Goal-oriented and deadline-driven.
