Job Description

An organization that manufactures packaging materials is currently seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst with a specialization in ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards, to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining system protocols by writing and updating procedures, developing reporting according to specifications from the business, performing unit testing on software, and promoting process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years experience in System Support or Supply Chain.
• 2 years experience in project management using Prince2 Methodology.
• 2 years experience in ERP systems: JD Edwards, SAP, or Navision.
• In-depth knowledge of business systems and operations.
• Process improvement experience.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting.
