A strategic, solution-driven Senior Data Analytics Specialist is required for our IT Department in JHB Head Office.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience

• 3-5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in a large company
• Financial Analysis and deep understanding of data extraction and manipulation of data techniques.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau and SQL.
• Proficiency with building predictive models in a suitable programming language, as well as proficiency with Microsoft applications. Exposure to Machine Learning programs (ie. MS Azure ML)
• Highly skilled at simplifying complex data into simple written analysis including the use of visual representations of data outputs.
• Experience using analytics techniques (AI/Machine Learning, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, Root Cause Diagnostics) to solve for defined business problems.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science
• Distribution, Transport & Logistics
• FMCG & Supply Management
