Experience & Qualifications Required

• 3 - 5 years of sales experience (advantageous).
• Proven ability to sell, cross-sell, and upsell products effectively.
• Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transport.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring continued business growth.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the full range of office and school supplies, offering expert advice tailored to each clients needs.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth evaluations of customer requirements to provide cost-effective and efficient solutions.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by proactively addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
