Systems & Automations Specialist Reports into: Head of Operations

You’ll be the go-to person for assembling solutions—off-the-shelf and custom-built. You’ll break big problems into project-sized pieces and deliver end-to-end. And you'll work side-by-side with a team who loves hard problems, thinks critically, and moves fast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand internal and client-facing business needs and identify where automation or system solutions can unlock value
• Scope, plan, and execute technical projects—balancing speed, sustainability, and scale
• Integrate off-the-shelf SaaS platforms and no-code/low-code tools into efficient workflows
• Build lightweight custom applications, scripts, or middleware to connect systems and automate logic
• Collaborate with operations, outreach, and data teams to design tools that enhance execution and reporting
• Drive adoption and training internally—ensuring technical solutions are used effectively
• Document and improve systems iteratively—making them more scalable with each cycle
• Stay on the pulse of emerging tools and tech that could benefit our workflows

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a marketing, lead generation, or startup environment
• Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies or similar iterative delivery approaches
• Experience building internal tooling or lightweight dashboards for ops teams
• Prior experience with CRM systems and data enrichment tools
• Experience with task routing, bots, or workflow automation platforms
