What You’ll Do:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Source and attract top talent for a wide range of roles, including engineering, finance, commercial, and executive-level positions.
Work collaboratively with clients to identify and fulfil their recruitment needs with high-quality candidates.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven Experience: 2-5 years in 360 recruitment, with a track record of billing success.
Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the recruitment landscape, particularly in the sectors of engineering, finance, and commercial roles.
Strong Communication: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to manage clients and candidates effectively.
Results-Oriented: Motivated by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
