Duties & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing 1st and 2nd Line Open Text support to users.
- Providing Open Text Application and Platform support to end users.
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses.
- Minimum of 3 years' Open Text application support experience.
