Head of Product
Want to be the next Commercial Head of Product for a technology solution offering users the ability to chat, discover, and pay for goods and services without having mobile data?
This company that we have partnered with is looking for a Head of Product for their digital wallet that has over 6 million active users!
Need Experience In:
- Development, review, and refinement of mobile payments growth strategies
- Development and rollout of consumer and vendor product enhancement features
- Setting vendor team objectives and monitoring delivery
- Development and implementation of marketing and communications plans
- Refinement and implementation of product pricing models
- Monitoring and improvement of overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable knowledge of the SA payments/Virtual Wallets/Mobile Money
You will be working with their CCO and CTO, and will ensure that their team structure, pricing models, and commercial disciplines - including marketing and customer service - are the right ones to deliver very strong growth at an attractive ARPU.
Your role will be focused on South Africa and you will report directly to their CCO.
