ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

1. Formal qualification in IT (Diploma / Degree) or relevant SAP Certification
2. Delivery Management
3. SAP EWM Operational consultant
4. Understanding of EWM processes in S/4HANA
5. Troubleshooting EWM issues and providing business support
6. Understanding EWM queues in S/4HANA
7. Monitoring & investigation of queues in Warehouse Monitor
8. Knowledge on EWM configuration
9. Good experience in Extended Warehouse Management processes
10. BAPIs
11. Eclipse IDE
12. SAP Web IDE
13. SAP UI5 (simple lists) via Web IDE wizard
14. SAP Ariba network
15. SAP Ariba Guided Buying
16. SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration
17. SAP-HCM-Personnel Administration

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / 5 years of SAP UI5 experience

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understand business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and getting sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document
2. ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
3. Setting up the organization structure of Materials Management and performing all relevant configuration
4. Preparation of testing documents and performing internal testing
5. Preparation of Master Data templates for various objects
6. Integration testing with other modules
7. Understanding interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing
8. Preparing the cut-over strategy for MM objects
9. Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
10. Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
11. Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails
12. Handling Tickets and Tasks with responsibility for closing within defined SLA’s
13. Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
14. Executing the required changes through configuration
15. Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
16. Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications
17. Preparing test data for testing of CR’s
18. Testing CR’s and preparing test results
19. Carrying out regression testing
20. Interacting with consultants of other modules
21. User interface transactional solutions
22. Proactively proposing solutions to improve support of (new) business processes
23. Supporting the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach
24. Analysing and solving SAP EWM Module issues
25. Conducting SAP Module process configuration
26. Updating and maintaining all SAP EWM Module functional documentation
27. Analysing and scoping End-user authorisation roles
28. Conducting Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
