Location: Pretoria East
Salary: R18 000 per month
Our client in the Estate industry is looking for a Manager who will be responsible for managing a Retirement Village.
Key responsibilities
- Admin duties
- Managing of staff
- Maintaining of buildings
- Security regulation
- Financials
- Budgets
- Insurance
- Cash - Flow
- Petty Cash
Requirements
- Previous experience as a manager
- Previous experience in administration
- Previous experience in managing a retirement village
- Computer Literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Able to work with elderly people
- Up to the age of 50
