Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and protecting customers from mis-selling?We’re looking for a detail-driven QA Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in upholding ethical sales practices within a fast-paced BPO environment.In this role, you won’t just audit calls, you’ll uncover risks, influence behaviour, and help drive a strong compliance culture across the business.What you'll own :Monitor and audit sales calls to ensure compliance with scripts, policies, and regulationsIdentify and escalation mis-selling, misrepresentation, and non-compliant activityTrack agent performance through compliance scorecards and trend analysisProduce weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks and key insightsAnalyse data to recommend corrective actions and process improvementsSupport fraud investigations and partner with Risk teams on emerging threatsCollaborate with Training and Operations to embed compliance best practicesMatricMinimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a quality assessor within a call centre environmentProficient in MS OfficeExperience with QA tools, call monitoring systems, and CRM platformsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and risksExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountabilityClear criminal recordWhy This Role?Be part of a team that directly impacts ethical sales and customer trustGain exposure to Fraud & Risk functionsWork in a dynamic, high-performance environmentComprehensive Health and Wellness: Free access to Kaelo Health Medical Insurance, Financial WellnessSupport, Mental Health Counselling and on-site Pharmacy with an in-house NurseTop-Tier Resources and Amenities: Work with world-class technology, enjoy three in-house restaurants andtake advantage of discounted grocery staples #J-18808-Ljbffr
