This role involves overseeing a team of electrical engineers, guiding their projects, and ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems with broader industrial processes.

Requirements

• Completed BEng (Industrial) - Essential
• Autotronics, and Computer Engineering qualification an added advantage
• Experience in and working knowledge of programming electronics
• Experience in RF and GPS systems will be an added advantage
• A working knowledge of quality management systems and controls
• A working knowledge of business practices
• A working knowledge of project management and the mining industry an added advantage
• Financial acumen
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience with a staff compliment in excess of 5
