Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with a robust background in commercial and industrial projects to join their team. If you are adept at managing projects from inception to completion, with a keen understanding of capital expenditure, then this opportunity is for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Utilize your technical expertise to solve complex problems and address challenges that arise during project execution.
• Manage all construction contracts.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project delivery and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project finances, including budget forecasting, cost control, and procurement activities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience of successfully managing commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of capital expenditure and financial management principles.

Package & Remuneration

R1.7 Million CTC - R2.1 Million CTC (Depending on experience)
