RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and motivate the production teams to achieve performance targets
• Managing the manufacturing/ fabrication processes
• Ensuring that body applications are built following specifications, meeting regulatory and customer requirements
• Achieving the production schedule, quality and cost targets
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with SHE/ OHCSA
