Technical Project Manager

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The client has successfully developed and deployed mobile-grade carrier platforms and digital technologies & services into multiple network operators & retail segments in South Africa and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
• Manage project scope and deliverables
• Track project progress and performance
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
• Mentor and coach team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• More than 5 years experience in the technical / digital space
• Strong technical background with experience in software development or IT projects
• Technically strong with the ability to translate client business requirements into technical specification requirements for in-house developers, driving technical delivery, UI, testing UAT and production deployments with the technical teams in an agile approach
• Exceptional project management skills and vision to build new and maintain existing large scale applications and products for all our clients
• Digital & performance marketing knowledge would be an advantage
• Technical understanding of the mobile digital space essential
