Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.

Job experience:

1. Experience in managing base metals flotation processes, with exposure to or management of Woodgrove’s Direct Flotation Reactors (DFR) being a distinct advantage.
2. At least 15 years of job experience in mining or other heavy industry.
3. Managerial experience: at least 5 to 10 years in similar managerial roles in the mining industry, with strong preference for experience with large capital mining projects, from engineering completion stage through plant ramp up.

Additional Experience:

1. Experience with the start-up of concentrator operations, and managing all concentrator activities of significant scale and complexity.
2. Possesses ‘cold climate’ experience and has worked on projects located in extreme cold weather climates, or experience working in remote and/or extreme locations.
