Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tailings dam engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of tailings management principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, PLAXIS, and GeoStudio.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering concepts and practices.
• Proven track record in designing, constructing, and maintaining tailings storage facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
