Head of Marketing

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual to join their team as the Head of Marketing in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing efforts for the organization.

Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns and projects effectively.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are within budget and aligned with the overall strategy.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing to continuously improve and innovate our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 4‑7 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
