About the Role:

Oversee operational efficiency, customer delivery, and regulatory compliance. Strengthen financial health through performance monitoring and collaboration with the finance function. Represent the company externally, fostering relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Inspire and develop high-performing teams, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

A formal qualification in Engineering/Technology, coupled with a Business-related degree (or equivalent).

• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, lead transformation, and deliver growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record in complex stakeholder environments.
