Group HR Manager

Auto Industrial Group is currently seeking a talented and organized Group HR Manager to join the management team. The role will be based in Spartan, Kempton Park and will report into the CEO. We are looking for a dedicated, driven and passionate individual to join a unionized, fast-paced, output-driven manufacturing company supplying components to the motor vehicle assembly plants. The successful incumbent will provide a high level of support to the 4 plants in all areas of an HR Generalist function. Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12 or equivalent Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• 8-10 years HR Generalist experience in a senior role
• Valid driving license & willing to travel
• Above average written and verbal communication
• Self-starter and Goal driven
