Our client based in Tygervalley receives a high number of incoming leads daily where you will need to interact and build solid relationships ensuring clients' requirements are well managed and the sales process runs smoothly. A hospitality background will be advantageous, and training is provided to ensure success within this dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

1. Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
2. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
3. Hospitality background will be advantageous
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
6. Outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management skills
7. Exceptional customer service skills
8. Excellent computer skills and telephone etiquette is a must

DUTIES

1. Assisting customers to purchase our products and their branding requirements
2. Provide exceptional customer service
3. Coordinate with team members and departments
4. Meet monthly sales targets
5. Process orders and sales
6. Understand customer demands, needs, and preferences
7. Liaising with clients via telephone and email
8. Preparing quotes as per client requests
9. Developing positive relationships
10. Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
11. Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
12. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
13. Report on the status of accounts and transactions
14. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
