Job and Company Description:
In search of an ambitious Chartered Accountant (SA) to take on the role of Financial Controller. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing their financial operations. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for assisting with budgets, forecasts, and conducting in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and support the company's growth.

Job Experience and Skills:

• Newly qualified Chartered Accountant up to 2 years post articles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives
• Perform thorough financial analysis, providing insights into the company's financial performance and presenting recommendations to senior management
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and drive efficiency within the organization
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
