Job description
Our client, a reputable higher education institution, is seeking an experienced Academic Delivery Manager to ensure academic excellence, drive quality at source, and lead key academic deliverables across programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely delivery of assessments, lesson plans, and teaching materials
- Ensure academic quality and compliance with NQF levels and discipline standards
- Lead change management initiatives and translate strategic plans into actionable outcomes
- Train, upskill, and support academic staff, including internal and external faculty
- Integrate experiential learning through both physical and digital immersion activities
- Support research outputs and community engagement initiatives
- Manage special academic projects such as orientations, masterclasses, and events
- Contribute to university-status development and institutional audits
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and produce academic narratives/reports
- Apply a proactive, resilient, and highly accountable approach to academic operations
