Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and grow a well-established branch based in Nelspruit.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a sales‑focused leader with strong refrigeration industry knowledge and a proven ability to manage branch operations, customer relationships, and business growth initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (non‑negotiable)
• Minimum 5 years' experience within the refrigeration industry
• Previous management experience advantageous
• Strong sales background essential
• Valid driver's license

• Technical refrigeration product knowledge
• Strong technical industry knowledge with established industry networks

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth and profitability
• Create, improve, and implement processes and systems to ensure efficient branch operations
• Analyse product sales performance and identify solutions for slow‑moving stock
• Recruit, select, and onboard branch employees
• Monitor and report on item group sales performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct regular customer visits to obtain service feedback and identify opportunities
• Ensure operational excellence across all branch functions
• Support the achievement of branch sales and profitability targets
