As a top recruitment consultant specialising in Supply Chain, I’m currently partnering with clients who are actively seeking prime Industrial Engineers with exposure to drive process improvement through mapping, re-engineering, and problem-solving, using Lean or Six Sigma.
Proactively looking for Graduates with minimum 2 years’ experience within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization – Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving – Collect and interpret operational data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Project Support & Implementation – Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring improvement projects, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with production, supply chain, and quality teams to streamline operations and improve overall system performance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BEng Bachelor’s degree (University Degree Non-negotiable)
