Electronic Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electronic Engineer / Software Developer to join the team. This fully remote position requires a disciplined and self-motivated individual with strong innovation and problem-solving qualities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will be diverse; ranging from projects supporting the South African mining industry (including hardware design, software design, and production management), to software products targeting an international audience, to promote and support international brands which we represent locally. Help shape the future of business growth.

Skills / Experience Required

• C/C++ proficiency
• Microcontroller programming (STM32 and ESP32 preferred)
• Schematic Capture & PCB Design
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTTP, MQTT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL

Other Skills / Experience Appreciated:

• Visual Studio (C# / VisualBasic)
• Linux / Embedded Linux (including Buildroot / Yocto)
• High-Speed Design (signal integrity, EMI/EMC)
• Android App Development
• Intrinsically Safe Design (Ex)
• Qt
• Web Development (PHP, ASP.NET, Wordpress)
• Good communication / presentation skills
• Article-writing skills
