A leading organisation within the asset management and services sector is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Manager to lead its health, safety, and compliance framework. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, ideal for a proactive professional who can drive a strong safety culture across multiple operational sites.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Professional registration (e.g., SACPCMP or equivalent) advantageous
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar OSH role, preferably in fleet, logistics, construction, or plant environments
- Strong knowledge of South African health and safety legislation
- Proven experience managing multi‑site safety operations
- Excellent investigation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
