What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

Your role will involve collaborating with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement renewable energy projects, with a specific focus on solar energy. You'll collect and analyse data from solar systems to optimize their performance and efficiency. Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing technical reports, project plans, and documentation necessary for project management and regulatory compliance. Field visits to project sites will be a regular part of your work to assess sites, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the proper functioning of renewable energy installations. Staying updated on the latest technologies and industry developments will be crucial, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the team. Above all, you'll adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry regulations and standards.

What you’ll need

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Your strong passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability are essential driving forces. Solid problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a basic understanding of renewable energy systems and technologies are necessary. You must be willing to get your hands dirty, learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
