Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Assisting various clients telephonically, remotely and on premises with IT related issues.
2. Managing and monitoring all installed IT systems and infrastructure for clients.
3. Ensuring that clients' IT equipment & infrastructures are operating at maximum efficiency.
4. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining hardware, operating systems, application software and system management tools for various clients.
5. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
6. Maintain customer IT infrastructure information.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in the field.
2. Experience & extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Business & other Microsoft products.
3. Experience & extensive knowledge of Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11.
4. Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
5. Energetic & eager to learn.
6. Punctual, well-groomed with overall good personal hygiene & health.
7. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
8. Have a valid driver's license (required for when driving with the company vehicles to clients and/or suppliers).

Package & Remuneration

Market related depending on skills and experience.

R15k to R20k per month.

Cell phone, data, laptop and use of Company vehicle for business.
